Shipping Policy
We want you to know exactly what to expect when you order from Loop Wraps.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a separate email with tracking information once it ships.
Shipping Time
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from the time your order ships, depending on your location. Occasional delays can happen due to customs or carrier volume, and we appreciate your patience.
Free Shipping
Orders over $40 ship free. Standard shipping rates apply to orders under that amount at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Refund Policy
Because Loop Wraps are a food-contact product, we take hygiene and safety seriously.
No Returns
Due to food safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. All sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at hello@loopwraps.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit — no hassle.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible. Because orders are processed quickly, we can only guarantee changes made within a few hours of purchase.
